Metromix has ranked all the new fall shows and the verdict for Community is “Pick up”. Here is what they have to say about Community:
Premiere ratings: 7.7 million, 4.6/8 overall
Most recent ratings: 5.84 million, 3.4/5 overall
In plain English: “Community” started out strong (helped by its spot after “The Office”), and while it faltered a bit after that, its numbers increased in recent weeks.

It wouldn’t be honest to say that “Community” is living up to the very high expectations everyone set for it—particularly for star Joel McHale. But nearly none of TV’s best comedies started strong, so “Community” deserves at least a full season to figure things out.

Here is some additional info from NBC about “Community” ratings:
“…Also on Thursday, “Community” ranked #1 in its slot among the major networks in men 18-34 and #2 in adults 18-34.”

Not so bad after all….
