Fanscast has an interview with Gillian Jacobs, who plays the Britta; here are the highlights:

When Joel strips down for one scene, the guy is distractingly sculpted – like a life-size action figure.
I know, and it’s kind of intimidating. He’s already like a foot taller than me and I don’t have any muscle definition to speak of, and he has gone from being a fit guy to some sort of bizarre action-hero man.

Funny guys aren’t supposed to be that buff. Take it from me.
[Laughs] It’s a little disconcerting for other comedy guys, yeah. Joel’s upping the ante.

Speaking of that scene: Amid all this mayhem, Jeff and Britta find time for a close moment…
Given the fact that it is one episode in the arc of a season, you do have to have some character development, and I think it’s great the way they tie in the relationship. It’s a big moment for us in the middle of a big, fun episode.

And what are your own plans for “summer vacation”?
I just worked on this movie that shot in Chicago, and that was really fun. I had all my scenes with Ben McKenzie, from ‘Southland‘ and ‘The O.C.’ I plan to catch up on my sleep, travel a bit, and hopefully work a bit more!

Yvette takes you behind the scenes of the epic paintball episode of Community.

Last episode’s best moments come from EW:
1. This was Vaughn’s third appearance on Community, and while he turned me off the last time he appeared, the guy completely won me over last night. I dug his earnestness when teaching Annie about his guitar: “That’s G, the most important chord. In my mind, it stands for God.”
2. Annie gave Britta a high-five, which Britta turned into a snake (this is the first time I’ve ever seen this done — is turning a high-five into a snake common practice and I just don’t know about it?). Anyhow, it wasn’t Britta’s snake dance that produced the laugh, but rather the way Annie said “Cooooool” as if she were shivering in a rainstorm. Quite adorable.
3. Pierce’s first attempt to make a joke while the gang watches Kick Puncher, about a cyborg cop “whose punches have the power of kicks!” In the movie, the police yelled, “Freeze, police,” and Pierce interjected, “Don’t do that — they’ll get cold!”
4. Vaughn: “Actually, everyone is my bro in the whole entire universe because everything is connected. Rocks… eagles… hats.”
5. After both Annie and Troy individually stormed into the library to yell at Britta and Jeff for trying to manipulate their love life, some old guy named Leonard also barged in to shout, “Hey guys, thanks for eating all the macaroni!” Jeff then admitted to Britta that he did, in fact, eat all of the macaroni.
6. The gang was about to watch Runaway, a movie in which Tom Selleck fights mechanical spiders. But Pierce had prepared jokes for Kick Puncher 2, so he made up this reason as to why they couldn’t watch Runaway: “My brother died on the set of that movie! One of the mechanical spiders just went haywire and tore him to pieces, and Tom Selleck just stood there and watched him die.” And here’s where I admit that I thought Runaway wasn’t a real film, only to learn that it was actually released in 1984.
7. Pierce: “What’s the matter? Mama Chang didn’t breast feed?”
Chang (with sad puppy-dog eyes): “She read in a book that it wouldn’t make a difference.”
8. The great scene in the library where everyone started looking at one another as potential sexual partners. This was preceded by Abed commenting that “When you guys first came in, we were as wholesome and healthy as the family in The Brady Bunch, and now we’re as dysfunctional and incestuous as the cast of The Brady Bunch.”
9. Jeff to Annie: “You started having sex with Britta’s ex-boyfriend!”
Annie: “What? We haven’t even kissed.”
Pierce: “That doesn’t mean you’re not having sex.”

Fancast visited Community, and here is the highlight from their visit:

It was comedic chaos when Fancast visited the set of NBC’s ‘Community‘ (Thursdays at 8/7c).

Things started out innocently enough with Ken Jeong dressing down Chevy Chase – or, technically, the veteran actor’s alter ego – as an “Old Navy hipster doofus,” but then they swiftly spiraled out of control thereafter.

“I play 18 on the show, but I think some of the writers forget that I have a nice rack!” laughs Brie, who braves a bikini (and less) in this month’s issue of Complex. Referring to Annie and Jeff’s flirtation, she says, “The fan feedback was crazy. There are even YouTube videos about them” – more often than not forwarded to the actress by the taunting and Internet-savvy Jeong.

Brie says that while such viral mash-ups are “flattering and I appreciate that people are making them, it’s funny to see [Annie and Jeff] cast in a totally different light.” Whether the study buddies’ spark is reignited in future episodes, she says, remains to be seen.

Yvette Nicole Brown of NBC’s Community sat down with TVGuide.com, offering a taste of hilarious off-screen antics. Brown also teases what’s coming up with her character Shirley, the many relationships at the community college and who may be next to lock lips with Joel McHale.

Here are some highlights:

TVGuide.com: What’s the on-set reaction been to the full-season pickup for Community?
Yvette Nicole Brown: It’s been amazing. Every week we’re finding out that more and more people are watching. We’re like, “Really? We got five more people? Awesome!” We’re looking at it as a grass-roots movement and every bit by bit we’re going to keep growing. Slow and steady wins the race, so we’re tortoises, maybe not hares.

TVGuide.com: A love triangle formed in last week’s episode between Brita, Annie and Jeff. Will that continue?
Brown: I think that was just for that episode. There’s an age difference involved. Well, we’re in Hollywood … age difference, what is that? I really think people want to see Annie with Troy [Donald Glover]. Annie’s had an unrequited crush for years on this guy and I’d love to see that go its natural course. I think Jeff and Brita will, of course, find their way together. That episode was just an anomaly, just like Pierce having a crush on Shirley … Hear that, writers? [Laughs]

A fan has already made a montage for Jeff (Joel McHale) and Adderall Annie’s (Alison Brie) very new romance — if you can even call it that. Even the show’s producer, Dan Harmon, is impressed as he tweeted:
