What a disappointment this week! Troy’s character pingponged from mean jerk to sympathetic, with no transition to account for it. The all-white mascot didn’t follow any of the setup for a too-PC ethnicity-free hybrid. And the blackmail plotline was as hack as hack could be. You’ve created a potentially great sitcom, but the writers just gave up in this episode and resorted to crap-as-usual for NBC sitcoms. A stupid episode of a smart show. Don’t jump the shark already!
